More than representation. We build careers, create opportunities and help the next generation of footballers reach their full potential.
NXT GEN Football Agency is an independent football representation agency dedicated to supporting ambitious players throughout their careers.
We believe that a football agent should be much more than a negotiator.
Our role is to understand the player, protect his interests, identify the right opportunities and build a long-term strategy around his career.
Because the right move is not always the biggest move. It is the move that makes sense for the player.
We work with players who want to improve, compete and reach the highest level.
A player's career is built on relationships. Transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do.
We pursue the highest standards in representation, negotiation and career management.
We think beyond the next transfer. The objective is to build sustainable careers.
We take the time to understand the player's ambitions, personality, strengths and objectives.
We help players make the right decisions at every stage of their development.
We create relationships and identify opportunities within the football ecosystem.
We protect our players' interests and negotiate with their long-term future in mind.
NXT GEN Football Agency was founded with a clear ambition: offer players a modern, personal and long-term approach to representation.
With a strong focus on communication, strategy and player development, the agency works to create the right environment for every player to progress.
